I Always love reading Shoemoney blog about why SEO sucks or not,do you feel the difference when you do SEO on your site or not? I will just quote some of the Shoemoney conclusions..

1 – It makes you stop trying to innovate. When people suddenly rank #1 for their keywords a lot of times they stop working on new things and settle.
